Call to undefined function wp()

  • I just Upgraded to version 3.2 and is now unable to see my website, i get the following error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/…/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

    Can someone please assist to resolve this?
