Call to undefined function get_header() after update to 4.0.1

Hello, I’m getting PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() from log files right after my sites automatically updated from wp 4.0 to wp 4.0.1. No one edited the template files and it was running ok from wp4.0

I hope anyone can help me, it affected several of my sites.
