When trying to submit the contact form, you can see in the AJAX response the following error from within this plugin…

    <br><b>Uncaught Error</b>: Call to undefined function EmailLog\Util\stringify() in <b>/wp-content/plugins/email-log/include/Core/EmailLogger.php

    WordPress 5.4
    Email Log Version 2.3.2
    PHP 7.3

    Any help appreciated.

    Hello @toddlevy

Sorry for the issue that you are facing.

It looks like the code that is sending the email is getting called very early in the request.

Please let us know what plugin you are using to setup the contact form.

Also I am assuming you are not using any of our add-ons. Is that correct?

    Hi Sudar –

    Thank you for the reply.

We do not use any of your add-ons.

The email form is via Contact Form 7. Happy to transition this to Gravity Forms or similar if you think that will help.

We also use a customized version of Mailgun Validator.

    Hope that helps,
    TL

Note: I’m going to have to disable the plugin for now as it’s causing other problems when trying to send new user emails and password resets, etc.

Thanks @toddlevy for providing the details.

I am going to check the compatibility with Contact Form 7 and see if there were any recent changes that broke anything.

    Will keep you posted.

    Hello @toddlevy

I check with Contact Forms 7 plugin and it is working for us without any issues.

Are there any other plugins that you are using that are triggered emails?

We have released v2.4.2 which fixed a couple of bugs.

Please try v2.4.2 and let us know if you are still facing this issue.

I am going to mark this thread as Resolved, but feel free to reopen it if needed.
