Call to undefined function

Just installed plugin and when I go to the settings page I get the following error on two different intsalls:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function scrd_options_tab() in G:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\rss-digest\rss-digest.php on line 320Any ideas on this error?
