Call-to-Action bar is too thick

  • The call to action area between the top logo and the header/slider is too long. I don’t know if this is a padding issue or what, but it is not great on desktop and an eyesore on mobile. How would I go about shrinking this space?

    I don’t know how to create a sharable link through onpaste, but the area I am referring to is the entire white section on top that includes the logo and menu navigation, everything above the slider.

    The space that includes the logo could stand to be smaller, and the height of this area is even more pronounced on mobile. I thought this would be an easy fix that I could troubleshoot in Appearances > CSS but I have had trouble locating the right code.
