Call the purge for a specific post without _wpnonce

while I am logged in, I need to call the cache purge for specific posts through an URL but without the _wpnonce parameter (because I need to call them from an offline app).
What can I do?
Substantially I need this to work:
https://www.website.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=w3tc_dashboard&w3tc_flush_post&post_id=POSTIDThanks for the help.
