Call of the day – Tech support meets world.. (blogrollers needed :) )

  • Ello folks ?? I’ve had my blog up for a couple of weeks now, and its currently seeing about 100 or so pageviews a day. The literal backstory is myself as a Tech support agent for a major british ISP. Included so far is;

    * My failed attempt to quit smoking
    * My laptop overheating to the point of where it blew all its contacts and began to scorch things
    * The many, many inane people I would deal with on a daily basis
    * Other general filler articles

    Nice one! Lovely colors, contrast and layout. At first I didn’t much care for the red and yellow transcript colors, but then I started reading some of it and, well, I changed my mind =P

    That transcript was brilliant. I really like your blog.

    thanks, I really appreciate the feedback ?? Transcripting the calls is sort of anger venting, if you will. Makes a good change from slamming my desk and making faces throughout some of the worse calls ??

    I’ve actually got a bunch of transcripts from past times on my laptop.. anyone who read down far enough will know that my laptop is currently quite inaccessable though ??

    I had to register to comment on your site. I have been sat here for the last half an hour laughing hysterically at your blogs. They are the funniest thing I have read in a long time. I really do think confessions of a techie(book) would be a massive hit. I will be coming back for more. BTW nice site.
