Call Metafields in frontend

I have no idea what you mean – it doesn’t sound like your question / issue is related to this plugin. The JSM’s Show Post Metadata shows the post metadata (ie. custom fields) in a table when editing a post / page – from what I can see in your image, the plugin appears to be working correctly.
