Call 2 change BreadcrumbList content?

Is there a call for changing (extending) the BreadcrumbList?
Some of my pages will be generated on the fly by changing an existing page ids contend with the information of an url redirection.
E.g: https://www.websitename.com/package/block/tool-a/
will be redirected to https://www.websitename.com/package/block/?tool=tool-a
Unfortunately the breadcrumblists are the same for each xyz in https://www.websitename.com/package/block/xyz.I like to extend the BreadcrumbList with tool-a, tool-b and so on.
