Hi, we’ve installed the plugin and tried to embed the calendar, but the calendar perpetually is in a loading pattern on the screen. We’re using a shortcode in Elementor. Any advice for how to fix the issue?

Hi. I just checked the page and it’s loading for me. Did you do something different?

Can you try clearing your cache or using an incognito window? I also had to allow cookies in order to see the calendar.

Also try disabling browser add-ons (such as ad blockers) or using a different browser. If that still fails, deactivate all other plugins and switch to a twenty-something theme and check if this fixes it. If it does, then it’s likely a conflict. Switch back to your theme and test again, then re-enable the plugins in batches and test after each batch. That will help you narrow down the problem.

    Hi there,

Thankfully we found it to work when accepting cookies. However, we are worried about some users declining or ignoring the cookies pop up so then they would not be able to see the calendar. Is there a way we can work around this? Thanks!

The plugin itself does not require cookies to load, but Calendly probably does. Perhaps you could try a different cookie plugin, or add a message saying that cookies are required.

    Cheers
    Vinny
