Calender Output NOT displaying correctly

    I use The Events Calendar on multiple sites and it has been very successful. I just added it to a new site and the calendar is not displaying at all. Instead, it is this text:

    Find Events Event Views Navigation View As List Month Day Events In Search Events for April 2017 There were no results found. Calendar Month Navigation Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday 27 28 29 30 31 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 […]

    Under Settings > Display I tried skeleton, full, and tribe, but all give the same output. Any ideas on how to fix?
