    Hello Mr. Murg,

So far I have been absolutely thrilled with the calendar for bookings, but I have now discovered that the occupancy calendar is unfortunately not displayed in Google Chrome and Opera, but is only displayed correctly on all pages in Firefox. I have implemented the occupancy calendar on the homepage and then again on the booking form page together with the form.

On the booking form page everything appears correctly in all browsers, but on the homepage the occupancy calendar is only displayed in Firefox, in all other browsers an empty field appears.

I use elementor to embed the calendar. The question now is, why is it that the display is not the same everywhere? At the moment the entire website is not yet released or officially accessible on my test server: https://www.berdin-soft.de

Since I would also like to buy the system completely, the question is, is the price a one-off or does it cost a fee every year?

Many thanks for your answer and effort Kind regards

    B. Dinger

    Hi there,

I see your site is in Maintenance mode, so i can’t see what the issue is with the calendar.

My guess would be that there is a javascript error on your site preventing the calendar from being displayed. Since it works in one browser and it doesn’t in others, this issue may be caused by a caching or minifying plugin that you may be using.

These plugins are usually disabled while you are logged in, explaining why it works in your main browser where you are probably logged in to your WP Admin dashboard, while not working in others when logged out. You could probably reproduce the issue in Firefox as well if you log out of your WP Admin.

If you can’t fix this problem by disabling the script minifier plugin, please email us at support@wpbookingsystem.com mentioning this ticket.

    Thank you!
