    Hi,

I am testing your product and found a problem when using the calender to show availble times.
I have setup one provider that has 1 hour tasks, starting at 09:00 and ending at 12:00
If I use the calendar to book the hour starting at 10:00, it confirms the booking.
However if you refresh the page and select the same week then the complete day is not shown anymore. So it is no longer possible to book the other hours in the morning. This does work in list view properly, but not in calender view!

    Hi Peter,

Could you please send us a link to your calendar appointment page, so we can have a look? Could you also provide a screenshot of the admin edit screen for the service, provider and location in question? (If you don’t want to share the screenshots here, you can email us at [email protected].)

    Hi,
This is the address of the calendar:
    https://helpdesk.hospiceamandi.nl/?page_id=448
Switch to weekview, and then move to the 23-07-2018
There are time slots available in the morning
If you switch to day view it appears that it has taken the complete morning time table !!
    This is the confirmation email

    Hello peter,
Thanks for booking an appointment. Your appointment details are:
Appointment Time: 2018-07-23 10:00:00 Service: Intake gesprekService Provider: Jenny van Velzen session morningLocation: Kantoor
    ——————————–

I will give you the screenshots by mail
Also if you look at the dayview, there is only the name of the day no date !
That is a bit painfull if you have moved to the next month

Did you increase the capacity or make any other changes since your last message? We just booked an appointment at 9:00 on July 26th. We reloaded the appointment page and the 9-11 block was still available for that day.

Another thing to try would be to make the duration 59 minutes. It could be that that the one hour duration makes the next hour unavailable, when you have the time between appointments also set to one hour. For example, picking 10:00 as your appointment time means the appointment finishes at 11:00, which means someone can’t pick 11:00 as an appointment time. (And they also can’t pick 9:00, because it would finish at 10:00.) This is something we’ll look at. But, if you’re still experiencing an issue like that, and if you switch it to 59 minutes, does it free up the other blocks?
