Calendar with files attached to event

I am in the process of converting an existing legacy site into WordPress and I am looking to emulate the existing one good feature of the site which is the Calendar which allows the user to attach a list of files against the event as per https://www.barrowdenpc.org.uk/local-events.html#item-1285449.

Does anyone know of a plugin which allows you to do this direct without having to run Google Calendars?
