Calendar Widget not pulling up April
-
Hello, I’m still a couple weeks new to WordPress, and with the roll over of the new month here, I noticed that the Calendar Widget did indeed change over to May, but when I click on the link to go back to April, it opens a ‘404 Page Not Found’ page.
What am I missing? Do I need to somehow create an archive page for each month, and somehow have that previous month link in the Calendar go to it? I would think that wouldn’t be the case, but it somehow generates that on it’s own.
I also added the Archive Widget, and it does the same thing when I click to go to April 2011.
What do I need to do to correct this? I looked through all my Admin tabs and options, thinking I may have missed to check some box to archive monthly posts or something. It had worked well within the month of April, I could click on any date and it pulled up the day’s entry(ies)… it’s just with the new month now, the previous month is unable to be accessed via the Calendar or Archive.
I just noticed that it does the same thing when I go back to a post in April, and try to move forward to May using the link provided at the base of the Calendar… same, obviously for trying the Archive and selecting May 2011.
I am using the Coraline theme. The Calendar and Archive Widgets are just the basic ones that come with WordPress, I am guessing, since they were there automatically. You can see what I am talking about on my site –

Thank you for any time and pointing me in the right direction to solve this. All the best to you,
