Calendar widget for sidebar not showing

  • hello,
    I would like to create a widget for the sidebar on my site (on right) – with a summary of events over the period of one year.

    I installed the plugin – but cannot see a widget for the plugin. So then i copied the code into a PHP widget – that didn’t work.

    I am using 5.3.2 Twenty Eleven Theme.

    There are 3 possible widgets; a mini calendar (probably just named Calendar), upcoming events and todays events. You can drag these to your sidebar using the admin panel – there is no need to write any code
