    you can to use events widget if you theme supports widgets on homepage or use wp do_shortcode

    eg.
    <?php echo do_shortcode('[events_list]'); ?>

    Thank you, angelo_nwl, but I mean a small calendar inside a text box on the homepage. I would like a listing instead of a small calendar with only numbers on it. I want to display the title and date of each event instead of this.

    Hiya,

    This is actually a simple change – go to Events > Settings > Pages > Event List/Archives > Display calendar in events page? and change the setting to No.

    Thanks,
    Phil

    Phil, Thank you, but I already have that set to “no.” Please see beyondblind.org on the right side of the home page under Events Calendar.

    If you go to Appearance > Widgets, you should see a widget called Events Calendar. You just need to drag that onto the Sideabar area you’ll see on the same page.

    Yes, aimin_nwl, that’s what I did and it only shows the small calendar, not a listing of the events.

    If you want a list, rather than a calendar, go to the same page but use the widget called Events instead.
