Calendar Upgrade locked, will not complete

I ran the Events Calendar upgrade, and after I fixed a few data errors, it got to the upgrade step, and indicated it had migrated 17 entries, which is the correct number. But it never completed. Now, when I go to any of the Calender plugin pages in the dashboard, it will not let me enter events and states the upgrade is still in progress.
The calendar is functional for viewers, but not being able to enter or edit data is challenging.
I’ve disabled all the other plugins that touch Events Calendar, but to no effect.
Is there a way verify the upgrade completed, or had problems, and to mark it complete if not, or ???
