Calendar Template Issue

How do I fix the top of this calendar
to get the month. year and the next and previous to show properly. I know it has to do with a template file that is not showing.. Either from the main theme or child theme or is this part a different template? Is it css? where is the directory.

I can’t find the files php or css that this issue is connected with.. once I find the bad file I can fix it.

Any thoughts of how to figure out why the calendar Month is showing funny?
