    I have been using the booking system for our Santa trail and it seems to work OK however this morning the calendar won’t load on my site or in the admin area. I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin but it makes no difference. I am scared to touch anything else as there are details of 300 bookings on the system.

    There has been about 200-300 hits on the calendar per day. Today there was about 100 hits when it crashed.

    I have also noticed a long time period between the customer booking and them receiving their reservation ID (up to 6 hours in a few cases) which makes people think their booking hasn’t gone through and they book again and again.

    If anyone has any idea’s how I can get this back online, please let me know. I have screaming parents and children wanting to see santa lol

  • Hi, afraid I can’t offer advice on how to fix it, but this seems to have happened for me also.

    I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins and concluded that it is not a conflict issue. Past that, I don’t know. . .

    Possibly an issue with the plugin itself?

    I am assuming it is a plugin issue. I have had the booking system running for 4 weeks now and nothing else has changed on my website. No new plugins have been activated or deactivated so I can probably rule out conflict as well (Plus I only have about 4 plugins running on the site).

    I hope someone can help me or I have a long night ahead of me trying to set something else up. I spent a long time trying to find the plugin that did the job I wanted and this was the only one that got anywhere close.
