Calendar stopped loading on website and in admin area

I have been using the booking system for our Santa trail and it seems to work OK however this morning the calendar won’t load on my site or in the admin area. I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin but it makes no difference. I am scared to touch anything else as there are details of 300 bookings on the system.
There has been about 200-300 hits on the calendar per day. Today there was about 100 hits when it crashed.
I have also noticed a long time period between the customer booking and them receiving their reservation ID (up to 6 hours in a few cases) which makes people think their booking hasn’t gone through and they book again and again.
If anyone has any idea’s how I can get this back online, please let me know. I have screaming parents and children wanting to see santa lol
