Calendar showing up blank on Android/iPhone

    For about 3 weeks someone had noted that she hasn’t been able to get the event calendar to load on her phone (Android, Chrome browser). The page and calendar (months and days) load but not the events. She’s installed Firefox on her phone as well and it doesn’t work in that either.

    Fyi, her iPad shows the events fine.

    My laptop also shows events fine.
    But my iPhone is blank like hers is (I just checked).

    Can you please assist??
