Calendar Shortcodes not working

I am new to your plugin and am trying to get the shortcode for displaying the monthly calendar table function to work. I am using the following short code

[church_admin type=”calendar” style=”old”]

Once I put it into the page and save it it yields the following error message

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

How do I resolve this?
