    I have tried to see how our website calendar would be affected with the impending update/changeover, by enabling the Use updated calendar designs setting. Currently the month view is a clean white background with grey boxes and delineations. However, the background goes to black when I enable that ‘switch’. I have no idea what’s affected or how to remedy the situation and I’m not equipped technically to even understand recommendations that I have found in researching through the forum inquiries. I am in need of support to resolve this. HELP!

    As you can imagine, every site is a bit different, so it’s hard to know exactly what is going on with your specific site. With that in mind, I have some good news: this is totally figureoutable.

    The first thing I would recommend is to go through the following Knowledge Base Articles:

    As you’ll read, there are a few steps to find out what is causing issues (if any) and what to do about them. The best way to troubleshoot is to set up a staging environment for your site so that you can try things without being concerned about their impact.

    In case you find this to be a bit overwhelming, the first quick test to do (after a backup, of course) would be to temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme to see if the issue persists.
