    Is there any way of get the full calendar to show on both the mobile and tablet similar to the desktop please?

    You mean the full grid view? You can disable the settings that switch it on mobile devices, but the full grid view is largely unusable on mobile. Go to My Calendar > Settings > Display > Grid Options > Mobile view
