Calendar now looks distorted

    Hi,

    We had an issue yesterday where our calendar suddenly was only showing one of our events. Ben helped us get all our events to show up again.

    But now the calendar looks much too big for the page. Before – it used to fit nicely on the page – even with all of our events. You did not have to scroll down very far to see the entire month view of the calendar. Now it looks stretched.

    Is there any way to get the calendar to fit back inside the page instead of looking like it’s spilling out of it?

    I followed instructions on troubleshooting and saved the settings on both the theme options screen and the main Settings screen. And the “Use advanced JS cache” has never been selected. But it still looks gigantic.

    I don’t see a way to modify the size of the calendar in the Settings panel so I’m not sure how to fix this.

  • Hi Maggie,

    You use the “Week” view, not the “Month” view, and therefore you have this problem, so just change the view and everything will be as before. The option can be found under Events > Settings > Viewing Events (tab) > Available Views, select the default view for Desktop and Mobile, then Save Settings.

    Hi Ben,

    Actually I was using the Month View and it looks huge.

    So I switched it to Week View this morning to see if it looks any better.

    Now I just switched it back to Month View – so you can see what I am talking about. If you can take a quick look at it you will see what I mean – it’s huge.

    It did not look like this before.
