    Hello,

    This is probably due to a cache system (a plugin, hosting option, CDN…),

    If you are using a cache system, the “When to load the events?” option must be set to “After page load” in Booking Activities > Settings > General tab. Else, the calendars will be cached, and the availabilities display won’t be up to date.

    Moreover, the database caching systems (memcached, redis…) are not supported.

    After these changes, clear your system cache and clear your browser cache and try again.

    Thanks Yoan, that makes perfect sense and something I hadn’t considered. We’ve only recently begun using a cache to speed the sites up so will have a try at that
