Calendar not updating daily/monthly automatically

This calendar is not updating automatically. All of the data comes through but when changes are made to the calendar or when it’s a new day or new month, it doesn’t automatically defer to the current day or month. I have to manually go into the calendar page delete the short code and replace it (with the same exact code) then update the page, and then it defaults to the current day. I have to go in and do this monthly to keep it in the current month. To see what I mean, as of right now it is December 6th but the calendar on the website says December 5th (because I updated it yesterday).
