Calendar not showing with Autoptimize and js excluded

    Calendar is not showing when Autoptimize is installed. Have followed all steps in your documentation to exclude the js query and the form is showing, but not the calendar.

    Given the initAppCalendar is not defined JS error on https://jeanettemaree.com/redesign2020/book-an-appointment/, I guess adding wp-content/plugins/appointment-booking-calendar/TDE_AppCalendar/all-scripts.js or even wp-content/plugins/appointment-booking-calendar/ should do the trick?

    In most cases adding the referred script is enough but there may be other javascripts errors in the page (in third party plugins) breaking the script execution and indirectly affecting the calendar.

    The browser console log may display other JavaScript errors in that case.
