    I added your awesome Events Calendar to a Client’s website. It exists here: https://copafs.org/events-calendar/

    We are in the process of redesigning the website with a new theme and are using a subdomain test.copafs.org for the update. The Events Calendar is not showing up. When I click on ‘View Your Calendar’ from the WordPress dashboard, the first screenshot is what I see – nothing – even though I have current and past events entered to the calendar. Is it because I can’t use the Calendar on two different URLs? Or what could be the problem.

    I thought I had a Events Calendar account, however, I couldn’t locate one with my email address to fill out a support ticket. Thanks so much for your response.

    Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

    Could you try changing the value of your Events template (Events > Settings > Display > Events template) and see if that makes a difference?

    If that doesn’t helps, there could be a plugin/theme conflict on your end. Could you try running a conflict test??I suggest conducting these tests on a Staging Server.

    If that doesn’t help, could you provide the version of the following? This will help me understand how your system is set up.

    • PHP
    • WordPress
    • The Events Calendar
    • Theme

    Thank you. I did do your suggestions listed above and also completed conflict testing by following this video https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/. It doesn’t appear that I have an issue with any plugins. The Event calendar is displayed with Twenty Twenty theme, however, when I switch back to the Education Hub Pro v 3.9 by Wen Themes theme, the Events Calendar no longer is displayed. WordPress version is 6.1.1. The Events Calendar used is v 6.0.12.

    Using your theme, please try changing the value of the Events template from Events > Settings > Display, and see if that makes a difference.
