• Dear www.remarpro.com Team,

I am reaching out to you regarding an issue we are facing with the Event Calendar plugin on our website.

We have used the Elementor Event Calendar widget shortcode to display the event calendar on our website.

We have encountered a problem where events created using the Gravity Forms plugin and its Post Creation addon are being successfully created with a published status, but they are not appearing or reflecting in the Event Calendar.

To provide you with further details, please find below the system information:

    Hi @worddev211

    Thanks for reaching out.

The Events Calendar now uses a New Event Data System in version 6.0+. With the new data system, our plugin is now using custom tables aside from the posts and postmeta tables which I think Gravity Forms are currently populating when an event is created. And by re-saving the event that has the issue, it will populate the custom tables with necessary data and this will make the event visible in your public calendar.

Your desired use-case scenario may be possible with some custom coding, but if you decide to give that a try, please note we cannot provide full support for custom implementations like that.

However, let me check with the team if there’s a workaround for this one. I’ll get back to you once I have new information.

    Hi @worddev211

Thanks for patiently waiting. Unfortunately, aside from re-saving the event, we don’t have an available workaround at the moment.

In the meantime, we already created an internal bug ticket that will handle this issue. While we don’t have an ETA, you’ll get notified here on this ticket once there is an update and fix.

If you do have other concerns or issues you need help with, please create another support topic as indicated in the www.remarpro.com support guidelines.
