After unsuccessfully trying to update my server’s Ubuntu version I had to restore the server from last night’s backup.
Upon doing so, everything seems to be in order except the calendar is no longer showing on my site.

I tried several things to no avail:
    * Reinstalled WordPress from their “Reinstall Now” button
    * Deactivated and re-activated all the Time.ly plugins
    * Deactivated and deleted all the Time.ly plugins then re-installed and re-activated all the plugins. Logged in to the time.ly network under plugin settings and verified all looks good.
    * Copied / pasted the widget creator from Time.ly to my website
    * Note: when I go to the “Widget Creator” tab the “Loading preview” does not show anything. This may be the same issue I’m having from my website — no error, just does not show.
    * I have rebooted the server a couple of times throughout this process and nothing has changed.

Any suggested next steps to make the Time.ly calendar show up on my website?

Time.ly plugins do seem to be working — I imported 1,400+ events from .csv files and can see all the events from WordPress dashboard. I did try to go into the “All-in-One Event Calendar: Settings” tab and made a minor change and clicked on “Save” just to be sure there was a valid settings file in place.

I am glad things are all set for you now, I’ll mark the topic as resolved.

    Take care,

    No, not resolved.
The point I made is that the plugins from a WordPress perspective “seem” to be working, but the top post I made above explains the situation. Any help or guidance is much appreciated. I have no calendar data on my website.

I need to check the backend, please contact us at [email protected] and we will continue there.

    Thanks,
    Ben

I sent you an email with admin login credentials to my WP admin site.

Okay, thank you, I’ll check your issue as soon as possible.

This is getting urgent. My data has been unavailable to my users for a few days now. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I do not see any issues, the calendar appears on the frontend: https://calendar.fortlive.com/?page_id=36830

The issue must be with the Time.ly “SuperWidget”
When I go to the “Widget Creator” there is no preview and this is the same error as on the fortlive.com website — do data shows up using the embedded code produced by the SuperWidget module.

Could you please look again more thoroughly and offer any advice as to how to get my calendar data to show up on my actual website and/or in the preview section of the widget creator?

Ugh. I feel terrible about pestering you. Turns out AdBlock Plus is somehow blocking the time.ly calendar on my browser. Disabled that for my site and it’s working fine now.
Sorry for the trouble and thank you for all the help and patience.
