• Just installed this plugin. – I also have The Event Calendar Pro installed and want to be able to create a PDF of this grid view of the calendar on the calendar page.

The PDF icon will appear, but instead of giving me a PDF of the whole calendar grid view, it’s a PDF of only the last calendar events created.

Any way to get this to work?

    Thank you!

    Hi, Vicki…

I take it that you have the option set to process shortcodes? That’s the first step. Meanwhile, I’ll need to install The Event Calendar Pro (or a non-pro version, if available) to see how it does its thing. Can you provide me with a link to your site in the meantime?

    Cheers

The Events Calendar (non-pro) and the pro version do not use shortcodes. The grid calendar and indiv. calendar events use a slug that is specified in the settings.

I’ll send you an email with the url to site, but it may not help. Since there’s no page (or shortcode) to manually add your snippet of php to, I had added it to the code of the plugin, before the events get printed out in the gird. (I had to remove it since it wasn’t working.)

I’m sure that you won’t need the Pro version. It gets layered on top of the regular version, and I made my change in the regular version, in file /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/views/modules/bar.php.

    Thanks! vicki

    Quick follow-up, Vicki…

I did look at this, and made no immediate headway. I have not let it slip entirely, though, and hope to get back to it in the near future.

    Cheers
