Calendar not loading

    Hi I have just downloaded and installed your plugin and i’m not sure what is happening but the calendar is not loading correctly i have tested in various browsers, if i refresh multiple times i may get the time options but 99% of the time i only get the loading spinner, can you take a look? Thanks

    PD: If the times load and i select one and fill out the form, the form dosn’t send!
