calendar not displayed –

    i am using php 7.3 wordpress 5.3.2 divi 4.1 event calendar 4.9.14
    so everything is updated to the most current version

    I have been using the event calendar for many years – it’s great!
    recently when i did updates – the calendar is no longer displayed
    when i go to the page from settings ‘where is my calendar’
    a blank page is displayed

    the upcoming events are displayed on the side bar – so that is functional
    but when an particular event is selected the venue, organizer, map are not displayed
    i disabled all plugins without success
    when i change themes to 2019 it appears to work
    so a compatibility issue with divi

    i installed the divi compatibility plugin – with no success

    Hi @1darrell99

    Thanks for providing me with that information.

    The [tribe_events] shortcode is only available with Events Calendar PRO at this time.

    If you don’t have a license to Events Calendar PRO, that may be why this isn’t working for you.

    Hi Jamie,
    yes i previously installed that plugin
    active or not – the monthly calendar is not displayed

    I did send the system information 4 days ago
    do you need something else?

    You can find your system information under Events Settings < Help.

    I’m not seeing The Events Calendar currently installed/activated on your site.

    Can you verify that it’s installed under Plugins < Installed Plugins?

    Hi Jamie,
    I have enabled access
    events – help – selected share my system info with support team
    as well last week i posted my system information

    the system information does have under plugins
    The Events Calendar version 5.0.0 by Modern Tribe, Inc. (https://m.tri.be/1x)

    yes it is installed and active

    If you update to the most recent version of our plugin, do you still see this issue?

    If you update and switch to the new views, do you still see this issue?

    I would also recommend reaching out to Divi and see if they have any suggestions here.

    i updated to the most recent
    the calendar page does not display
    and now for each event – the organizer and venue no longer is displayed

    so it went backwards!

    I just wanted to check in and see if you made any progress on this with Divi.

    If not, can you provide me with a copy of your theme so that I can try to replicate the issue?

    i did reload divi – with no improvement
    must be something in the database?

    regardless – i have changed to a different plugin and its working
    so i have removed the event calendar
