Calendar missing events

    We are not seeing any events on our events calendar.
    There should be one event showing on this calendar – a test event in september: https://www.vabred.org/events/test/ and a live event in october:https://www.vabred.org/events/virginia-gold-cup-fall-2023/
    This is the shortcode used: [events_calendar long_events=1 full=1]

    This particular site is using the paid version.

    We are having the same issue on multiple other sites.
    For example: https://www.vcnp.net/event-calendar/.
    This site has an events list next to the calendar, which makes for easy comparison.

    This site is using the free version of the software. Same calendar shortcode.
    Shortcode for list:
