• Hello – I have the events showing in tile list format and I never had an issue before, but now the tiles are stacking on top of each other instead if being in grid format. Here is the shortcode I have been using: [add_eventon_list number_of_months=”3″ tiles=”yes” tile_count=”2″ tile_bg=”1″ jumper=”yes” show_year=”yes”]

There haven’t been any changes or new plugins added to the site in over a year. It is up-to-date. I am using Elementor with Hello Elementor Theme. Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Could you try adding hide_month_headers=”yes” to your shortcode to hide month headers?

Hello Artem – Thank you for responding. I added that to the shortcode and they are still stacking on top of each other. See screenshots below using these links:

Let me know if you have another suggestion to try. Thank you!

Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to @ashanjay and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer!

    Ashan,

I think that this works only with Event Lists: Ext. Could you check?

Thank you for getting back to me and escalating this issue. Yes, this seems to only be happening with the list format and not the calendar format. If you look on the home page down under Latest Offerings, there is a calendar shortcode dropped in, and those are in the correct grid format. It is only with the list format that it stacks on top of each other. I will wait to hear back from you on this. Thanks!
