Calendar is not clickable, date cannot be selected in drop-down

    Hello, I’d need a little help on the page: https://malnarium-vac.hu/foglalj-idopontot-a-malnariumban and on the page: https://malnarium-vac.hu/rolunk.
    On the first page the calendar cannot be clickable.
    On the page https://malnarium-vac.hu/rolunk, we cannot select the hour.

    We have two services, and more than persons can book for each services. The length of the class is 59 and 119 minutes. I’ve configurated the start and end time of the day by day on:
    – location
    – providers.

    I’ve selected the class on the provider’s form.

    I’ve tried to give one provider and one person per class, and more persons per class with more providers, but the results are the same: we cannot click the calendar or select the hour.

    Could you please help me, how to solve this in order to get bookings.
    We are in the trial period before upgrading premium package.

    Hi,

    It seems that you’re using some page builder to add the shortcode to the page which is causing conflicts with the ajax queries. Could you please try adding the appointments shortcode to a test page without using any page builders or visual composers and see if it makes a difference?

    Also, could you try disabling all the plugins and momentarily switch to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes a difference? If it does, then a plugin conflict might be the reason behind this, and you could find the conflicting plugin by enabling the plugins one by one until you hit the issue again.
