    Hey there,

Thanks for the kind words, to start off with.

This behavior is definitely not ideal, but we added a filter to the free version to allow you to show the Pie Calendar meta box only on specific post types. More info on that here: https://docs.piecalendar.com/article/25-show-pie-calendar-meta-box-only-on-specific-post-types

We’re adding a GUI option to the Pro version so you can do the same thing in Settings > Pie Calendar, but that isn’t yet available.

    Thank you!

I get the same thing and it kind of threw me off a bit as well.

Let me know if what I shared above doesn’t help, @ocbroadband

Sorry, I should have clarified, it shows up on pretty much all pages, posts, CPT’s, ACF (field groups, post types & taxonomy pages). When I applied the filter on the above page, it stripped it from the all CPT’s except my ‘events’ CPT, but everything else it is still there. Some pages have the option to not show it in the dropdown screen options, but really, it should only apply to pages being edited either post, page, or CPT, no unless explicity set in the snippet.

That’s strange. The logic of the filter should show Pie Calendar controls only on the specific post types you define in the snippet and nowhere else.

I’d be glad to login and take a look at it. Feel free to email me at [email protected].
