Calendar Images appearing all over posts in IE8

I’ve just discovered an issue with the Lifestyle Revolution theme I’m using in IE8 on my site There are calendar images appearing all over post pages including underneath the header and all over the post pages. I always use Firefox/Chrome so don’t know if this has only just started or has been happening the whole month my site has been up and running but most of my visitors use IE8 and it looks terrible.

Any help in removing these mini calendar images would be much appreciated.
