calendar holder not above all site elements

    hi there!

    plugin works great – customer is happy with all those new reservations coming in.

    on our site: if you open the date picker it gets partially hidden by our website elements which will not go behind the dark background of the date picker. i tried z-index:0 for my elements – did not work. only one moved backwards…
