Calendar form not showing in FF/IE browsers

Hi, I’ve been using the simple plugin for a while with good results. I’m using Finnish language and 25/07/2013 date format.
But now customers say that the can’t send the form because there is no date option available. It seems that Firefox and IE browsers do not work at the moment.
Quick fix needed!
