    Hello

Is it possible to use just the back office to enter bookings and restrict the front end web display to a calendar only?

We want to display availability only – anyone interested in booking would email us.

    Thanks
    Tony

    Hello.
Yes, it’s possible. You can insert into the front-end side only availability calendar (without booking form). And you can add new bookings from admin panel at Booking > Add booking page.

Please read more how easily insert availability calendar into a pages https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/inserting-booking-form/ or how manually configure Booking Calendar shortcodes in content of your pages: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/help/booking-calendar-shortcodes/

    Kind Regards.

Thank you – I must have missed that – there is a lot of material to wade through. One thing I cannot find is where you turn on the display of the legend for a calendar.

My calendar is displaying without the legend.

    Kind regards

    Hello.
You can activate the calendar legend at the Booking > Settings General page in Form section.

Thanks – I didn’t think to look in form as it is not used in my implementation!

    Solved.

OK One last query – in the free version, is it possible to edit a booking or must it be deleted and reinput?

    Thanks

The ability to edit bookings possible only in the paid versions of Booking Calendar.
In Booking Calendar Free version you will be need to delete and then create booking with new details again.
    Kind Regards.
