    @sdr2585,

    With calendar widget the events get listed when the user click on a tab, where there is an event. The presence of the event is highlighted with a colored box within the event window. If you want the events to appear in a opened-up manner, you can switch to list view or week view.These two views will display the events as a list. Thank you for choosing our calendar widget.

    Is there anyway to change the highlighted box from grey to another color to make it stand out more? Do you have to pay extra to do this?

    @sdr2585,

    Unfortunately the color options are available only with Pro version of the plugin.Thank you.

    Is there a trial version for the Pro version so I can see if I like it before purchasing it…or is there a money back guarantee at all?

    @sdr2585,

    We have demo at demo.web-dorado.com which has public access to its back end. You can try out the feature there. We do not have trials. Thank you.

    I don’t see the Calendar WD as an option when going to demo.web-dorado.com.

    I went to that link and was able to test it out some…but it didn’t answer all of my questions. On the paid version, When using the Widget (monthly view) can you change the color of the square depending on the type of event (categorize events using different colors) or does it all have to be just 1 color?

    Also, I see it’s $60 for unlimited domains for 1 year. Is it $60/year or is it just a percentage each additional year? Do you have to pay every year to keep it or can you use it additional years and just not receive updates/support?

    @sdr2585,

    If you use the widget of monthly view, then the color scheme of the event categories of the events will be displayed within the day cell -https://wpdemo.web-dorado.com/event-calendar-wd-widgets/ check out the first widget here.

    As for the payment option, it is the second case, you can use it for a lifetime but support/updates will be only accessible during the license period. Thank you.

    How often are there updates? How much is it to keep support/updates for following year? Is it $60 every year or discounted each additional year?

    As far as the colors for the little squares on the calendar widget…you have a color scheme…but can you set a different color (within that scheme) for each event category…or can you only use one square color? It’s a little hard to tell from the demo.

    I just updated, and my home page went away. I get error messages stating that headers cannot be updated. I don’t think the update is working. I had to go download 1.5.4 and reinstall it, and then the page worked again. With the newest update, my homepage is blank and I get error messages flashing on the screen.

    For what it’s worth, you do not need to the pro version just to change a couple of colors. You just need a little CSS know how. I’ve done it on my own site using the free version. However, it is more involved than the interface in the pro version.

    @sdr2585,

    We have frequent updates within a month or two months period. The colors for categories can be different, so your events will look different for each case.

    @romwrit,

    We are working on update to fix this update issue. If you need immediate help please contact our support team at support[at]web-dorado.com.

    @raefwolfe,

    We have not only color options accessible with Pro version, but a few more additional views, as well as recurring events. Thank you.

    @sdr2585,
