Caldera Forms conversion

Unfortunately, we can only import Contact 7 forms https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import, you would need to rebuild the forms, however, Forminator has a drag and drop builder that will make the process really easy https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#creating-a-form
