Caldera Forms 1.7.0 privacy settings reset on save?

It appears to me that the Privacy Settings is erased every time I update the forms. I am able to replicate the issue just by saving the form again without making any changes then go back to check on Privacy Settings and everything is gone while the privacy settings on the form(s) that I have not re-save remained. Thanks
