Caldera Form button doesn't work

I am very new to this and have created a site using a ThemeGrill pro theme. It has been challenging but the site looks pretty good and I am almost done but I cannot get the submit button to work on a simple form. I googled and found lots of technical answers that are far beyond anything I understand. My hosting providers went through everything with me and said it is set up correctly and it must be a problem with the plugin. Site: SaxPR.net. Hosting provider suggested I try switching to a wordpress theme to see if is still unresponsive. I did that, still doesn’t work, so they say it is the plugin. Can someone with good teaching skills please tell me what if anything I can do to fix this? Please? I am so close to done.
