A few days ago I created a simple WordPress website (https://TruthInHealthcare.org) with two one-page Caldera forms on it, and drove traffic to the forms form Google AdWords. Last night AdWords sent me an error message that the site had stopped working. I can’t log in as admin or access any page. All attempts at access result in this Caldera-related error message:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class ‘Caldera_Forms_Entry_UI’ not found in /home2/htllc/public_html/truth-in-healthcare.org/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 298

Fatal error: Class ‘Caldera_Forms_Entry_UI’ not found in /home2/htllc/public_html/truth-in-healthcare.org/wp-content/plugins/caldera-forms/classes/core.php on line 149

Is there a way to recover form this? Does Caldera destroy all access to WordPress installations often?

I appologize, but we put out release packages the other day that were missing files and causing problems. 1.5.0.3 is out and resolves these issues.

Since 1.5 is a major update, I would recommend that you test the update on a staging or local site before updating past 1.4.9
