My apologies for the delay, I’ve not received the notification about your question.
I’ve visited the website you sent me as reference, and have checked a couple of forms (not all of course, because there are many forms in the webpage). I guess the forms can be implemented with our plugin, unfortunately I’m not totally sure if all the operations required are included by our plugin because the results are calculated in the server side when the form is submitted (if the operations are not included by default in the plugin, you can implement them as part of the equations), furthermore, the website you sent me displays charts in the result page, and our plugin does not include a charts module (however you can import and use modules like: https://canvasjs.com/jquery-charts/).
