First thank you for your plugin : it is very intuitive, even for someone like me who is not a developper.

My problem : the calculator works in the preview, not on the site.

    My theme : twenty twenty

My version of Cost calculator : the latest one, I just downloaded it.

I do not dare deactivating other plugins: I’m afraid to lose all that I have created.

I do not know how to empty the plugin cache (I have emptied the cache of the browser though).

    Thank you

    Hi,

I recommend you to check this case by simple creating simple calculator form. Currently, your provided link works for me for example, but the total part seems has an issue, when you are using total formula element, you should check formula and check all the used elements settings. Incorrect formula won’t work by default. So, just try to create simple calculator on your site, to check whether plugin conflicting on your site or not

    Thank you for your answer.

Actually, I just noticed that my formula is not saved. It disappears.

Even though it disappears in the field formula, it keeps on working in the preview. The preview calculates it fine, whether it is simple or more complex.

BUT it will not work on the webpage.

Any idea of what I is happening there ? Thanks

    Hi there,

To help us investigate the issue you’re experiencing with your calculator, we’d appreciate it if you could share the calculator file with us. Here’s how to easily export and send it:

    1. Go to the plugin dashboard:?This is where you manage all your calculators.
    2. Find the calculator you’re having trouble with, and then click the “Export” button in the top right corner.
    3. Export and compress:?Once exported, compress the file into a ZIP format.
    4. Reply and attach the ZIP:?Simply reply to this message and attach the compressed ZIP file.

Once we receive the exported calculator file, we can take a closer look and diagnose the issue more effectively.

    Thank you for your cooperation!

    Hi Carole,

The calculator worked fine on my local website! (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/bZrHpQeDTBs2 ) To identify any potential conflicts with other plugins on your live website, let’s follow these steps:

    1. Backup your Website (Crucial):

Before making any changes, it’s essential to create a backup of your website. This ensures you can easily restore it if any issues arise during troubleshooting.

    1. Deactivate Third-Party Plugins:

Temporarily deactivate all non-essential plugins on your live website.
After deactivating all plugins, check if the calculator is now displaying correctly on the page.

    1. Identify the Conflicting Plugin:

If the calculator appears after deactivating all plugins, reactivate them one by one, checking the page after each reactivation. This will help you pinpoint the specific plugin causing the conflict.

    1. Cache Plugin Considerations (Optional):

If you use a caching plugin, try deactivating the cache plugin temporarily or excluding the Cost Calculator plugin from your cache settings.

    Hi
I have found the incompatible plug-in.
It is CM Tooltip Glossary. Is it frequent ? Do you know what I can do ? Can you advise me another glossary that would be compatible ? Thank you.

    Thank you

    Hi,

I disabled the glossary from the calculator page, and it resolved the problem.

    Thank you for your help.
