Calculation of discount is wrong!

The plugin’s backend and frontend is good, BUT the discount calculation is wrong!!!
I set up a 3 % discount and the amount calculated on checkout always is too much.
No idea what goes wrong here… the amount is neither right for total amount with or without vat, nor for the total amount including shipping costs… it’s just totally wrong. And the bigger the order total, the bigger the difference.
